The Marketing Mindset Bootcamp is a high energy virtual training masterclass. Designed to inspire and motivate your marketing teams, and develop the soft skills they need to thrive!
What’s it all about?
The bootcamp is a multi-modal learning programme created for B2B marketers and delivered via Microsoft Teams. It gives your marketers space outside the ‘day job’ to focus on their mindset, their powers of influence and their personal impact.
What’s the learner experience like?
Bite-size video content, engaging and high energy live lectures, discussion groups and coaching help the content stick. Our trainers are experienced marketers who understand the marketing ‘day job’ in addition to the soft skills required to create impact.
How does it work?
The bootcamp runs in weekly, live 60-90 minute sessions, usually over a 6 week period. You get to choose the timings, dates and overall rhythm for your bootcamp.
Participants are assigned ‘learning buddies’ and there is a small amount of homework each week to embed the key concepts, and keep learners accountable. We recommend a maximum of 15 learners per cohort to aid learning and engagement in a small group format. If you need to increase the size of the group, we’re happy to discuss how this could work.
Our trainers are flexible and happy to ‘dial up’ content themes that are particularly relevant for your organization. Additional content can also be created (at additional cost).
