The Pitch To Partner Human Selling Skills is a 5 week virtual programme.
From Pitch to Partner is a 5 week virtual bootcamp that develops the human skills that turn salespeople into trusted partners — from deep listening and customer-centric thinking, to executive presence, storytelling, and confident virtual delivery.
Short form video content, engaging and high energy live lectures, and
coaching help the content stick. This is an immersive bootcamp, meaning participants are expected to be ‘camera-on’, engage in break-out groups, work on short assignments between modules, and coach each other to improve.
The bootcamp runs in weekly, live 90 minute sessions delivered via Microsoft Teams or Zoom over a 5 week period, or at a schedule to suit your organisation. Sales professionals should plan for an additional 1 hour of individual activity each week to support their learning. Recommended maximum of 12 learners per cohort.
MODULE 1:
The most successful sales people know that
it all starts with the customer and their
ecosystem. Learn how to listen, properly, deeply. Develop trust and empathy whilst still moving your deals forward.
MODULE 2:
Discover how to reframe your presentations to your customers’ careabouts, and structure pitches for impact. This module explores storytelling for persuasion and how to bring insight to your data.
MODULE 3:
If you’re in sales, you know how to present.
So let’s focus on how to increase your
personal influence, particularly with senior
execs. Learn how to present like a boss
online, projecting confidence and mastery of the tech.
MODULE 4:
Emotionally demanding! In Module 4 we’ll focus on confidence and resilience, even in the most difficult conversations. We’ll discuss Growth Mindset and managing
your energy and productivity for long-term performance.
In the final Coaching Lab, we bring all the
learnings together in a safe space for you to
practice and experiment with the tech. Real-time coaching will give you specific feedback on how you show up virtually.
